Weather: Cool and pleasant

Comments:
Glad for a step-back. Really didn't push things too hard. Struggled at this distance last time (walking on hills). Run made much easier by listening to something (Glen Beck Show)...kept the mind off the running. Took Gel at 40 and 1:10.
Overall, a satisfying run. On to 15 next week.
