Burns

Comments:
We did a burns run for the first time ever today. I've never been so far back on the Giles trails, but I somehow knew exactly where we were the whole time.
I thought the way up was physically challenging, especially because we had just lifted, and the way back was harder mentally for me because I was really thirsty and just wanted to stop. I thought it felt like running 10 miles for the first time again. I actually can't remember my first 10 mile run, but it was probably similar to this.

I ran a total of 342 miles this summer! I can't remember how many miles I ran last summer, but I must have ran more than 300 because I got a shirt.
