Weather: 80ish, sunny, humid-- not bad though
Comments:
Solid workout and rust-buster for racing in spikes! Felt smooth throughout, lungs were good while legs were not quite race-ready (which is a great thing).
3 mile warmup
2.5 mile race (4k- 13:10, 14th place)
Jog in between- 1 mile
Hard up hill, 30 second rest, 3minute tempo, 3 minutes rest... 4 reps of that (about a mile)
1.5 mile cooldown
