Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with the team at Black Creek Park. Did a mile warm-up, then 4 strides followed by a tempo run (they did 5,000 meters..I did 4,000) and finished with 400, 300, 200, 100, 50 meters on the last part of the course. Easy cool down. 5 miles total for me. Felt great. Tempo was at 6:20 pace.
