Comments:
splits - 5:20, 10:45 (5:25), 16:05 (5:20), missed 4 mile split, 26:59 (10:54); *18sec PR from Otterbein 2008, *23sec from Bowling Green 2007

started in group 3, then groups 2-4 mashed together about a mile in. Wade, Yeung, Cromer, and I emerged from that jumbled mess. Wade dusted us about 5k in, Cromer fell a couple steps back, so it was the Italian Stallion and I together the rest of the race. didn't feel like I was working hard until after the 2nd hill.

can't complain w/ time or place on the team, gotta keep moving up to the front 4 though plus the best/easiest feeling 70 mile week I can remember.
