Comments:
was kind of nervous and wasn't sure how i was going to handle the distance. thought that there was no way i could handle the pace of 5:25-:30 coach had set but went with it anyway. ended up feeling pretty good most of the day and was only 15 seconds off my pr for 5k. i realized later that i should have pushed harder from 5k-7k, especailly 6-7. also wish i had gone up with ethan sooner than i did to help us both finish a little harder. had a pretty good kick. good day overall
