Comments:
Over to Mayfield hill for 7 x 400m and then 2 x 2 minutes hard with equal recovery in the cemetery. Felt pretty good. Pushed the last two hills really well. Really had to fight with myself to get out the door. Laid on the couch for several moments first. That helped.
