Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Great Run on campus. First lab in the morning then I had all afternoon to myself to catch up on some data analysis and older projects. Productive, satisfying, and slightly relaxing. I was definitely ready to run though. Standard loop up around the close side of Puffers. Kinda dark when I got into the woods so I had to be careful, but on the way back I went and pushed the pace. Finished up strong. Weather was perfect first day where it really started to feel like fall.

Essentials: Stretch

Had to stretch on the gym floor since it was too crowded elsewhere. Not very comfortable, but better than the parking lot. Legs felt ok, hammie kinda tight. Took a while to loosen everything up, just feeling so sore from the lack on miles I believe. Cool down back to the parking lot was nice and easy, and I wasnt drenched in sweat so that was nice.
