Felt so fried today, maybe because my body just knows its taking a little break. I tried to stay with it, just sitting on a few things. At the end of the day I actually kinda had a stomach ache and didnt feel like running immediately, I wanted to come home eat and pack a little bit. So I did, then digested before heading out. Really what got me out the door was I checked the weather and it was crisp, cool fall like breeze, something I havent felt in a while now. Its just been so hot. It was so inviting and I just had to get out there. It was dark and I was all alone, but I just went and it felt so natural didnt even need to thing about it or anything at all. Burped up dinner a few times but overall it wasnt that bad.

Essentials: Stretch

Got back and tried to stretch it out a little bit. Legs feel tight, knees and IT especially. Today got me going but didnt necessarily shake out them and loosen them up. Got me thinking about the 5k a little more got to remember to sign up for it in time to get yet another TShirt...
