Comments:
Long run solo from the house. Went to the Invervale and did a peninsula loop. Felt pretty solid. Kept the pace slow at the beginning which allowed me to pick it up towards the end. Middle miles were 6:30-6:45 pace. Brisk day outside. Took my legs a few miles to be fully warmed up.
