Comments:
2x800 with Michelle and Lucia then a little more after, went 3:35, 3:26, started off with big group then cut out and cut back in. Can't drop much below 6:40 min pace without the neck being mad but that's fine for me and good to know if I want to add a bit of pace change in the next couple of weeks.
