Comments:
Down to MLK for my last tempo - third six miler of training for Akron.
First mile was a bit slow and then sped up to pace after that. Legs didn't feel great but made it through. Although, I thought they would feel better. HR was 170s low at finish. Nice weather.
Strides on MLK at the end. Stretch & roll.
