Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
What was my goal? My goal was to try and run the whole race without walking. Which i did not accomplish. I walked.
What could have i done better? I could have ran the whole thing without walking. I'm bummed about that, but i don't think i could have kept going.
What did i do great? I don't think i did anything great, this was not a great race for me. Haha
Mile one, i was with the group, but i was feeling really tired already.
Mile two, i think this is when i fell way behind. The whole group passed me and they were gone. Didnt even see them again.
Mile three, i was just concentrating on my side ache. Haha. I was completely miserable. Defiantly not my race!
I'm really proud of the team tho! Kirsten was totally running like the hills didn't even bother her! And Julie and Kristina! Dang! Haha Way to go guys!
