Comments:
Had Fata auditions, so I couldn't come to practice today, but we did a lot of strength in PE
Squats (3*15)
Pushups (3*10)
Single leg dead lift (3*10 each leg)
Curtsey (15 per leg)
Pull up (2 attempts, 2 fails, my goal is to do a full pull up by the end of the season)
Tricep Dips (2*10)
Cook Hip lift (kinda like single leg lifts) (2*10 per leg)
During Fata, I somehow strained my left hamstring a bit, so Anthony (and I) decided it would probably be better not to do Oatlands. I'm a little sad because it's such a fun meet, but I know it's the right decision for a lot of reasons: I don't want to injure my hamstring, I'm still not fully better from being sick, and I really haven't been running and would probably have a really bad race anyway. Writing this the next day, my hamstring's pretty sore, so it was the right decision I think. I'm probably gonna take today (Saturday) off, and hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
