Weather: Beautiful overcast and not too hot

25:43 PR and 4th on the team! Solid start to the season.. Looking forward to getting a "rest" week with mileage and hitting the fast Louisville course in 2 weeks. Felt easy on the first mile, pushed a little on the 2nd, and the 3rd-5th miles were tough. Just need to get used to racing 8k again.
Overall, super happy with how I progressed. Lots of room for improvement!
