Talked to Peter on my way down to Veale, talked to Marine in the cardio room, by myself, lvl 10, avg rpm 99, avg HR 140, peak HR 156, would have expect a better workout based on my excessive sweating, listened to Fashion Nugget and Pressure Chief by CAKE, stretch, 36 Ibis, was supposed to run 2 miles today, I decided against it because my foot hurts slightly when just walking around, want to take 4-6 weeks of pure cross-training from now, nip this injury in the bud, and return to running with a week of 25 miles, will discuss with Coach soon, it's my own fault by just not playing it safe with the stress reaction/fracture
