I'm to lazy and it's too depressing to rant anymore about my pathetic runs, but I just kinda let myself give up, because my calves were super tight, and I was wheezing because a week after I got sick, I'm still congested, and I just didn't have any motivation to keep going so I didn't. That sounds even more depressing than I feel like it is. Only good thing was that my hamstring didn't hurt, so it's not a real problem. Did extra strength to try to make up for the run.
Strength: Planks (1:00), PLL (10), Pushups (2*10), Superpeople (2*25), Tricep dips (2*5), Silly Walks
