Weather: Early morning- raining and humid
Comments:
Intramural fields- Only got 9 in (last two were 2:40 also) because of lightning. Stinks we couldn't finish the workout, but I was running off of less sleep than normal so I guess I'm okay with it. Progressed throughout, felt pretty good. Ankles got a little sore from the soggy and already soft field.
1:30 recovery between each rep.
