Biked so that I can run tomorrow and race wednesday hopefully mostly pain-free. After biking, Julie came down to run on a treadmill denied being good at running, but claimed to be good at pushups so I had to do pushups with her to prove my decency as well, and then Ana and I showed her a bunch of other things to do in the weight room, and she did them with us, and it made strength so much fun because Julie's one of my favorite people EVER!!! I ended up doing a ton of strength today because we also worked out in PE and I feel strong but like my arms are definitely gonna be sore tomorrow.
