Comments:
Ran easy today just to shake things out after the race yeaterday and the bus ride. Just up around Veale and then up Edgehill and back through Little Italy. This is turning into one of my favorite loops. Felt fine the whole time although I'm not looking forward to another long run tomorrow. Although after that I'll have plenty of rest for awhile.
Did Ibs and Eagle to make up for not doing any abs yeaterday. Did 2 sets of 30 pushups too to make up. I actually got 30 quality pushups in a row without stopping which is a small victory for me. 6 x 15 dips to make up for that too
