What a fucking marathon day I knew it was coming up and I was ready for it. Getting back into the daily grind, stayed late and walked home from downtown in time for dinner, then got back to work. Got around to some abs on the later side, which were good since I had a headache and needed to burn off the day. Worked hard and they felt good, but I could sure go for a run. Im starting to sense training is getting slammed by school this semester.
