"Busy" day...but no clinic work

No exercise or activity today, but some random shit:
- AM massage from Kelly, which was good (and FREE, "birthday present"!!)
- work in the AM
- Injury Consult session at RunHub (had a few folks, which was good!)
- left at 7PM to drive to PDX, ahead of our flight to Steamboat
I'm apprehensive about this trip: still REALLY tired, and I'm nervous that I had ZERO patients this week, and now I'm leaving. It's hard to build clinic base when I'm not present in town!
Got to PDX (after dinner in Kelly's car and a snooze) at 9, and went to Laurelwood for beers with his friends. Retired around 10:30 in a solid basement bedroom, which was clutch
