Weather: The loop- always get drenched- weather not too bad though
Comments:
Eased into it with a few guys, gradually picked it up, and ran at about threshold pace for the last 15 minutes for sure (with Azariah). Legs felt kinda dead and tight, hard to get them going today.. But it was easy breathing for the most part, until about 5-7 minutes left- it got harder.
Not bad! Going to take it down at the end of this week and use next week as a breather, which will hopefully lead to getting my legs back for Louisville
