felt awesome. 2 miles to the park, 1 mile on the course, .5 to the middle school, 5 laps at 1.3 miles each around the fields there (10 miles at the end of that in just under 73), and then did the same thing that i did to get there, only backwards. started out at 7:30 pace for the first 3 miles, dropped to about 7:05-7:10 pace around the middle school and was at 7:00 or just under the last 3.5. felt really strong. glad i took yesterday easy. workout tomorrow night with a local club.
