Oh man oh man back on the Sunday gym grind. Very nice. I took a nap watching football this afternoon right before heading out, that made it a little tough to get out the door. Watch seems resurrected but wasnt really working on the way out. Just up through town, legs felt sore actually. I just focused on running smooth and comfortable and it came well. There was a bandstand set up near the pond and they were jamming out, pretty cool never seen anything like that there before. Lift was solid, and on the way back I felt much more tired but still held the solid pace, just plugging along. Watch was working on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch catching up on the football games and watching Star Wars. Legs feel tight actually now. Foot was kinda sore while running today as well. Digging the weather tho feels like fall but can wear a t shirt still.
