Just trying to get back into it, arms back and core. Pretty quiet around the gym I just got right to it.
3 sets of:
DB Shoulder press x10 (15 lbs)
Bench Dips x10
Front DB Shoulder raise x10 (15 lbs)
PDBKLBDBDL x10 (15 lbs)
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
Planks x10
Glad I threw the planks in there at the end, really want to work on my core it feels the weakest.
