Comments:
Ran with Sophia to Sidwell. Nice to catch up with her, but calves felt dead as usual. Seeing Veronica tomorrow so maybe she'll help?!

Strength: Lots of strength in PE but didn't write it down. Some in dance, In xc, Planks (1:00), PLL (10 per), Clams (40 per side), Silly walks, at least 60 pushups throughout the day for between PE, Dance, and XC. Also, some with Julie after the run because she was doing strength again!!!!!!!
