Comments:
Today really did feel like fall. There was frost this morning, then it warmed up. I was doing a bunch of stuff, but wanted to leave a little early so I could go back and run then work at night. Decent timing I had to walk part of the way home since the bus was kinda late. Started out strong and really focused on staying on pace. I have been running like that a lot lately. Pavement was kinda hard on my legs, but I get into a good flow on the straight path. Also felt good around the mall. Cant really tell my pace on the way back, since my watch is total toast now. Need to get a new battery. Kept time when I left though and that worked out well since I didnt really stop at all today.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Finished up real strong down the hill, good stuff. Tired when I got back. Got right to stretching and that was nice legs feel much better. Feeling a little more confident about the race this weekend.
