20x400 @70-71 w/45-50sec rest. First 4 were 75,74,73,72. 5-18 were 70 or 71, 19-20 were 69. Bonus 1200 (in spikes): 3:21 (:67/lap).

Felt a little sluggish today, probably for a few reasons... I took a day off yesterday (first in two months), the track was wet, I wore new shoes, we had shorter rest. Whatever the case, it was a solid workout because of my consistent pace. This was my main workout for the week, as Louisville is Saturday!
