Weather: K building smells really bad today (9/28)

Comments:
Zoe, Grace, and I ran together for this workout. It felt so much harder than I knew it was. My stomach was hurting for parts the workout; it wasn't like a nauseous feeling, it was actually painful. The cooldown was by far the worst part of the workout. I started out with the 2 mile group, but then I went back a shorter way because I was struggling so much and couldn't keep up. When I got the weightroom I laid down on the mats for like 5 minutes and that seemed to help.
