Definitely wanted to run today. When I got home, took me a while to get my new watch battery in and I was getting hungry, so I decided to eat and do some more work before running. Later in the evening, I really didnt want to go, but knew I needed a shake out before the race Saturday, so somehow I got out there. It was kinda chilly and really dark, but I just got out and went, simple as that. It was easy to run since I couldnt see anything so the hills just came and went without even noticing really. Took it a little slower today just to be careful of my step.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Wanted to take extra time stretching and rolling to make my legs feel good. They were sore this morning and tight during the day. They felt pretty relaxed overall during the run. The weather today reminded me of running out around second lake late at night, maybe right after it rained. Man what I would give to go out and do that loop again.
