Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rainy and chilly again today. Digested lunch before heading out. I was hesitant since I had cramped up from the Trader Joes sushi I ate, dont recommend it at all. I still wanted to get some exercise and thought it might loosen things up. It did, but I felt terrible the whole time. Just plotting along at a real slow easy pace, gut felt locked up and legs were heavy from yesterday. I made it to the gym, but had to take a bathroom break and was not up for lifting at all. Regrouped then headed back on the bike path at about the same pace. Felt about the same too. Fine to get my legs moving though that was definitely helpful.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch and tried to roll to loosen up the tightness in my legs. When I got back and finish, cramps felt better but then I got really really hungry... very odd. Overall not feeling very sharp after the race yesterday, but this week I got in better mileage numbers than usual so thats nice.
