Weather: 60, really nice
Comments:
Slept in a bit, then spent a bunch of time wrapping up my iRF column -- too much time. Thought I'd have enough time to run and lift, AND eat "breakfast" before my afternoon patients, but I did not.
Drove to SEHS and ran "easy" to UO, did a mile barefoot, then ran to SEHS. HR was jacked up, not sure if it was humidity or if there's some shit in the air. Felt a little asthmatic.
Got to SEHS and decided on a little bit of speed, once again. Did 3-2-1
3: the normal way (since there were some folks running there), then 300 jog
2: backwards
1: backstretch
Splits were pretty solid, and I felt pretty good:
52.2, 33.0 (watch fucked up - beeped WAY late and I actually almost stopped early in the rep), 16.0
51.1, 32? (didn't register!!), 15.9
Felt decent. I thought I did a good job at pelvis left when going the normal way in the 300s.
Jogged only about a half-mile or so before driving home.
Rest of the day:
- patient, marketing with Eric, patient, all the way til >6:30
- grocery store, then home to pack
Decent day, but once again, felt like I didn't get a whole lot done!
