Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Afternoon run up into Giles and loop back through campus and down Cascadilla. Feeling a little fluish this morning, sore throat and kinda achey, but getting out and running I felt fine. Started out slow then worked into it real nice. The hills were tough but I felt prepared for them. Glad when I finally got up to Belle Sherman and just had the downhills left. It was another classical fall day, perfect for a half zip, little warm in the sun, cool in the breeze.

Essentials: Stretch

Did my best to rehydrate and stretch when I got back, but I feel pretty sore. Blisters on my feet got exposed and they are pretty raw and nasty now. Not the worst but I hope they don't get worn down any more. Lots of mileage back to back but it was good an I feel like I held up to it well.
