Yes got a run in today. Productive, and at 5pm, realized I needed some balance so I came home and fit it in. Started out slow, letting my legs work into it. After a while, they became weak and I felt kinda lightheaded, combo of the lingering cold and drinking some coffee in the afternoon. After that, I became really hungry and just pressed on. I kept the pace up because I wanted to get back. In the end, felt like a solid run even though I didnt feel that great.

Essentials: Stretch

Tried to stretch after eating some granola bars. Legs feel stiff and tight though, knees and hammies and hips. Might need to roll later. Not sore at all and I could keep the pace today which was great. Perfect fall weather today as well, good stuff.
