run to Oakway (via Fairmount), lift, run back to the office

Comments:
Felt a little bleh again today.

Had a 10AM patient, so I did some work, pre-appointment, treated her, then CA came to the office and we ran from there.

Ran the long-way to Oakway, via Fairmount. Felt decent. At Oakway:

- tried hang clean, but I just suck at it (can't "get my elbows up")
- did 5 sets of split squats, with some plank-rows (right leg, left arm, only) and abs
- did box jumps (working on my "janky" right knee), single leg hops and more abs

Then ran easy back to the office.

Rest of the day:
- worked from home
- met Katherine and Ben for happy hour beers at Jiffy
- dinner at home

Solid day!

Weather was REALLY starting to go to shit, but we missed the rain.
