Comments:
Quality long run. did the Noosk loop plus an add on at the park next to the colchester causway. did 4x8 minute threshold pickups. Started at 6:10 pace, then 6 flat, then 5:45, then 5:30. Pretty tired after the last one. Regardless, was on my feet for almost two hours
