Comments:
Still feeling congested today and had a headache all morning. That made it tough to get up and out, still knowing it would make me feel better. Started out super slow and worked into it. Made my way through town, and got a bug in my eye when I got to Kendrick Park. I had to stop and get it out. That kinda unsettled me and I found that I picked up the pace from there on out to the gym. Feeling pretty good. Gym was a ghost town I did all that I wanted. Legs were sore afterwards and I had to take it a little slower on the way back. it was a struggle at times, but I kept myself occupied by thinking about lab work... In hindsight today was the most perfect, beautiful fall weather. These two weeks are actually the best weather time of the year in my opinion. Its important to pay attention and appreciate that.

Essentials: Stretch

Feeling thirsty when I got back so I downed some Gatorade, probably helps with the cold in general. Stretch was ok but it was hard to fully work everything. Overall, feel sore probably from the lifts. Still during and after todays run is the best I have felt all week.
