Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Getting right to it started on the 2nd floor then went up to the 3rd. Been a while since I have lifted actually. Thought I wouldnt be warmed up but it went pretty well. Workout was:

3 sets of:
Alternating Box Step-up x10

Straight leg deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
Goblet Squat x10 (25 lbs)

Seated DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)

Wanted to get in more leg and back work. I could feel it for sure, especially when leaving the gym. Wasnt too much though feels stronger not pulled.
