West PRE with CA (first mile), strides, wandering around, then lift

Comments:
Ran with CA from Oakway, to PRE trails. I felt like running my own pace, so I let her fall back while I rolled west PRE. Once back at the lot, I did x6 or so short strides...but I never saw her come through. So I back-tracked, looking for her, but didn't find her, so I ran back to the gym...where she was. Lolz.

Felt OK. Solid lift, too.
