Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
3 Sets of the exercises
Clean x 15 with 75 lbs (These seem to be geting easier. I really didn't have a problem until the third set, and even then only towards the end)
Squat to Jerk x 15 with 75 lbs( This is definitly the by its self hardest exercise. It just kills my arms as the sets and reps wear on. I probably did better than last week at keeping things under control at the end but still the last five were extreamly tough. I guess I have improved from where I was when I started these so thats good)
Push-ups x 15 (These killed today probably due to the number I did yesterday between abs. I pumped them all out but it was tough even in the first set)
Row ups x 15 (I suck at these. I really need to improve this area of my strength and hopefully if I keep doing them I will)
DB Arm Runs x 20 each with 5 lbs (I found out I've been doing these wrong. Your supposed to pump fast and use less weight than I was doing. I should probably use more than fives though because I don't feel it much at all)
Bench dips x 15 (Thses wern't too bad. Felt them on the last set and they definitly effected my tri's at the workout wore on but not too bad otherwise)
General Comments: I really need to cut down the time between sets. I'm okay in between things within the set but I'm taking like 10 minnutes between exercises which is far too long.
