Weather: Very Humid, Hot

Comments:
Did weights, ran a 1 mile warm-up (1.0) and then ran the course once (3.1), did a Trent Loop (1.5), did a one mile cooldown (1.0), and then ran back to the water fountains and did 2 laps on the track (0.7). Final distance = 7.3 miles. Went pretty easy on the first 5K (22 minutes) and then went much harder on the Trent Loop. Still feeling pretty lethargic from not biking on Sunday.
