Late night and still woke up kinda early. Wanted to go in to get some work done and I made it but didnt feel great. Progress, its easy to get frustrated and expect everything all at once, but thats not how things get done usually, its a process that builds up. Need to remember Im in that stage. Its the exact same as running. Ran when I got home and took a mini nap. I wanted to nap more but knew running would be best. It was cold and rainy all day, but felt like pure fall running weather. No one was out. The loop around the meadow felt fast and strong surprisingly. That summed up XC so well. Finished with a good pace, plotting along and talking to myself.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch, legs feel sore. Calves pretty tight and I rolled just to work it out a little more. Good to get them moving its easier to stretch them out now though.
