Comments:
Ran a speed workout at Parma Park with the team. It was cold out! Ran 4 sets of 800-400-200 with a jogging recovery of the same distance in between. My times for the first 2 sets were around 2:38, 80, 37 and my times for the second 2 sets were around 2:50, 85 and 40. Felt good to run faster!
