Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Perfect Sunday, sleep in, groceries, football, run. Great to get a recharge day in like this. Run started out slow, legs kinda sore from yesterday, but it worked out well and I felt pretty strong by the time I got to campus. Cant write up this fall weather any better. It was kinda windy so I had to double up, but other than that soooo nice. After lifting, came back and felt just as good actually. Pretty standard.

Essentials: Stretch

Hard to stretch everything out when I got back. Legs felt tight overall, nothing in particular sore. I think I ran a little too close to lunch, stomach feeling a little shaky during the run and when I got back. Trying to kick that chunky feeling. Might have to stretch out later if legs still feel tight.
