Exercise Type: Weights

So empty must be from parents weekend. Fine by me I got in there got a pump them rolled out. Workout was:

2 sets of:
DB Shoulder Series x10 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Box Step Ups x10
Goblet Squat x5 (30 lbs)

Planks x3 (1 min)

Shoulders was tough with the higher weight but I managed and think I got a lot out of it. Then downstairs it was pretty straight forward. I saw a bunch of the Chinese kids playing badminton, so I stopped in and said hi to them. Could have used a little more core and back work today, legs seem to be getting a good workout overall.
