CA and I started off on this loop: she ran with me to the end of Cummins Ridge, before looping back. We both agreed to grind a bit, and CA got out surprisingly quick! What normally are 12-14 minute miles on this grindy, technical (at times) uphill were in the 9s. which was solid. She turned back at 5.x, and I kept going, and kept up the grind.
Cranked a couple sub-7s on the back road descents (but seldom were they downhill for the whole mile), then had some good uphill grinding. Once at Cummins Creek trail, the grinding got fun on the technical trail.
Finished at the west TH, where CA was waiting. Made breakfast right there, then went into town!
