Biked after the girls team meeting which was great as usual. Super tired because I've gotten around 5 hours of sleep each of the last two nights, but I'm gonna try to fix that by getting to bed earlier the day before the day before the day before ISLs. Getting super excited, but sad that the season's coming to an end because I definitely haven't raced or done as many workouts or really run anywhere near as much as I'd like to have this season. Glad that there are 3 championship meets though, so we have a bit more time together!!!
