Weather: pretty nice - actually dry til the very end

Comments:
Emily led a nice and easy, and flat route.

Ran down the hill to Hilyard, then down to 24th, then to Amazon: did washing machine laps (per JJ100), then back. Pretty easy and chill. Felt good. My watch was significantly behind the others -- makes me wonder if maybe my tempo miles yesterday were slower than reality.

Felt REALLY good to get three runs in, in "memory" of Dave Mackey today - hope he'll be back in bionic mode soon!
