pre-and post-weight run: around Oakway, then VRC with CA

Comments:
Worked a bit, then met CA at Oakway. It was both cool and dry for once, which was nice. Ran just under a mile, lifted (normal squats, but sets of 8), some overhead snatches, and some forward single leg hops (among others). Weighed in...at like 170??? Serz? CA is also a little "heavy". We've been slacking on carbs lately, but we're likely also putting on a bit of muscle with all this lifting, too. But, still...!

Drove across the river to get on the river path, and ran that easy. Felt heavy but not too bad. Ran about 8:45-9 pace at 120HR.

Nice mid-day freedom workout!

Found out today Dave Mackey's going to amputate his injured leg, below the knee. Huge bummer, but fuck it - it makes sense.
